With a background in supply chain and systems leadership, I understand fast-paced, matrixed organizations from the inside. I’ve led global projects, negotiated multi–seven-figure sourcing contracts, and managed operations across the globe.
I’ve also built a sustainable e-commerce business, so I understand the challenges of entrepreneurship — from both a structural and emotional perspective.
This blend of corporate and entrepreneurial experience means I don’t offer cookie-cutter advice. I help you think clearly, prioritize effectively, and make decisions that align with your values and goals — whether you’re scaling your coaching practice or navigating leadership inside a complex organization.
My work integrates systems thinking, neuroscience-based coaching, IFS-informed parts work, and behavioral strategy tools like DISC. This gives my clients a dual advantage: deeper insight into how they operate, and strategic clarity on where to focus next.
